18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping statement

All persons appearing in any visual depiction produced or distributed by The Arch Archive were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the images were created.

The Arch Archive maintains age-verification records for every person depicted, including legal name, any alias used, date of birth, a copy of a government-issued photo identification, and the date each shoot took place.

Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, to the extent such requirements apply, are kept by the custodian of records named below.

Subscribers must also confirm they are 18 or older and submit a government-issued photo ID before any envelope is mailed. Identification documents are stored privately and are never published, shared, or sold.
